Looking back on 2021 and what a great year it has been for Ridgeline Improvements. With the uncertainty across the province we feel very grateful to have experienced our busiest year to date. As a result we have continued to grow! Last winter we added another key member to our crew in our Lead Carpenter Terry. Terry has been a great addition to the team. He works well alongside our Project Manager Mark, and the rest of the crew to turn out beautiful renovations!
During the last year we were able to complete some beautiful renovations for our clients. 8 kitchens, 2 basements, 1 full home, 1 full exterior reno with addition, 9 bathrooms, and a few exterior projects like gazebos, planters and decks. WHAT. A. YEAR!
Over the past year we have spent some time learning about Net Zero Homes. This has led us to become a Qualified Contractor for Alberta’s Clean Energy Improvements Program. This program allows homeowners to finance their energy efficient upgrades or their renewable energy installations. This program is a great way for homeowners to secure low interest loans that are tied to the home for the renovation. Last month we were very honoured to be nominated for 2 Renovation Awards. We did not get into Renovation business for the accolades, but it means the world to us that our clients are happy with their renovations!
The crew got to have our annual family retreat in Canmore again at the beginning of December. From swimming to sliding to the Festival of Trees, we are not sure who had more fun, all the kids or the adults. As a crew we are really tight and enjoy spending time together. It was great to extend that to our spouses and kids!
For the year ahead we are looking forward to continuing to work on some amazing renovations that we have scheduled. We are hoping to continue to grow our crew with the right people so we can continue to turn out the quality work our clients expect of us.
