Barn / Loft conversion

This renovation was so unique!  This client had an undeveloped loft in his barn that stored his vintage car collection. So this was the ultimate man cave renovation as he wanted a place to hang out.  We came in and developed a full kitchen, bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms (one bathroom was even complete with a steam shower!) and an office.  This loft featured beautiful walnut countertops and high end appliances in the kitchen and luxury vinyl tile throughout.  Our client wanted to keep the vaulted ceilings so we boxed in the trusses to add another unique element to this loft.
