This project started as an addition to the homeowners dining room to allow for more space for family dinners as more grandkids were joining this family. Once we started it grew to a full home reno for these clients to create the home they would grow old in before they retired from their current careers. In addition to the dining room, we ended up doing a full kitchen, living room and bedroom renovation on the interior of this house. We installed new luxury vinyl tile and crown moulding throughout the home. We also completed a full exterior renovation complete with a new side yard deck, vinyl siding, a new roof and finished off this project with landscaping and a cedar fence.
