This basement was undeveloped when we came in and met with this homeowner. She was looking for more space for her kids as they grow as well as a bedroom and bathroom for out of town guests to have a space of their own when visiting.

There is a custom built entertainment cabinet in the rec space with ample storage to keep all those gaming consoles or kids toys hidden from sight.
